Afternoon all,

Has anyone out there got any information about food safety systems designed to achieve HACCP compliance in the Hotel Industry?

I have already looked at the HSE and FSA websites.

Any information will be gratefully received.

Cheers

This might help:

The FSA in Scotland developed CookSafe which was distributed to appropriate premises, and training courses were run to train people how to implement the system in their business.

If you are experienced with the likes of ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18000 series of standards, then you can do no wrong by having a look at the ISO 22000 series of standards (Food safety)

Do a google, and will point you to the BSI website which will give you some info
