Is anyone aware of any risk assessment packages specifically aimed at Healthcare ? I am the Health and Safety Officer at a private Hospital and would like to introduce a system

DATIX is widely used throughout the NHS, and it features a Risk Assessment module. I have not used this particular module so cannot recommend but may be worth considering??
