Can we make suggestions to the HSE for future Myths of the Month, this feature seems to be running out of steam.
My suggestions would be:
a)You need a high vis vest to work on a construction site
b) you need a hard hat to work on roadworks
or the biggest myth of all
PPE is the last resort.

It's been a bit lame the past few months, after a promising start - but this month's offering (out today) is MUCH better!

Maybe it would be a good idea to send them some ideas.

My suggestions for a starter is first aiders can't put plasters on children.

Im sure others have other ideas

I see they've pushed the boat out this month with that famous myth...

I'll give it 2 months before the feature is dropped.

Obviously not talking about themselves here - Could be truism of the month in that case.

This month's is amusing!

"++ The myth: HSE wants to make people miserable in 2008 ++ "

How is raising prices to £155 / hour for each inspector (for us now even when it's non COMAH work) meant to make me happy?

*I'll give it 2 months before the feature is dropped*

The "Myth of the Month" Calendar (yes, I was one of those sad enough to buy it) has a year's worth of cartoons in it, so I suspect they'll use those up at least!
