Posted By David S Burt If it was right for the CPS to pursue a prosecution and achieve a conviction for breaches of Health & Safety Law against the Metropolitan Police, does this mean that we are now going to see a series of cases brought against NHS Trusts for allowing innocent people to contract MRSA and other infections in Hospital?

Posted By GARRY WIZZ The conviction of the police using H&s law was an absolute panto. Should not have happened. As normal all the 'I know it all experts' telling us whats best with no idea about real life at the coal face.
So when the NHS manages to kill 90 people, Not one Manager or H&S person saw the warning signs and took effective action.
Politics, Cover ups, people in high places will ensure it moves off over the horizon.
