Does anyone know a reliable and cost effective supplier who can undertake 2 yearly recalibration for a reasonable price.

Did you try ATP Instrumentation?

I got myself a 4-in-1 environmental meter (uncalibrated) from Maplin for £30 that is being sold elsewhere for a couple of hundred quid and just got ATP to calibrate it for £80, thereby saving myself £££ in the process!
