I would like to know what is best practice for testing electrical portable appliances on Construction sites - both 110V and below ? I understand for 110V the Guidance is 3 months, but for cordless tools below 110V I'm not sure if 12 months is suitable ?
It appears to be best practice rather than a "legal requirement" - can you concur ?
Thanks,
Ali

Cordless tools = battery operated. Maind voltage chargers for same could be considered as "equipment in site offices" and therefore HSE guidance of 6 monthly interval would apply?
