Hi Guys,

Have run a marketing strategy to obtain engagement from the shop floor, it has worked better than expected, we have, (over a year), reduced our AFR from 3 to 0.53. This covers things like competitions, payslip memos, toolbox talks etc.

My question is, we want to conduct the same next year but are running out of ideas to keep it fresh & alive, if anyone has ideas please contact me, many thanks.

A quite simple idea with potentially profound impact: enquire intelligently and sensitively from 'the shopfloor' how they view the next stage.

The world's leading researcher on business influencing and persuasion, Robert Cialdini, spoke in London on 12 November. You can hear his talk at www.rsa.org.uk. And you can buy inexpensive copies of his books popularisinig his research at www.amazon.co.uk
