The previous post included part of an article which was a press release from RoSPA. This has been withdrawn following moderators concerns about possible copyright breach. I agree with that action. Since it has proven not possible to obtain permission (to date), I re-post the URL to the article, even though in some quarters this is still considered a breach (not in UK, yet)

I preempted your re-posting but in the members area, where any discussion as to relative merits of RoSPA and IOSH publicity is better done.
