We have a young female mum to be employee who is office based carrying out an admin role.

Admin role includes but no restricted to, PC work including databases and spreadsheets, word processing, photcopying, ordering, answering phone on cordless and occasionally making the odd cuppa. Doesn't sound like much but she's run off her feet

Can anyone send me an example of a risk assessment to ensure her care at work throughout her pregnancy. There are no side medical issues to consider.
