You may have to register to use it, but there are no costs involved just to search - buying standards are expensive however, even if you are a member (which gives you a 50% discount). Large local reference libraries may have copies which you can read there (either hardcopy or online). They should also have the catalogue in hardcopy or on CD-Rom.
