Could anyone kindly help me with information about the legislative response to the Bradford City Football Club's Parade ground fire incident in 1986?

That is, what were the legislative response to this incidents.

Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sports Act (1987) is the legislation you need to look at and the guidance that comes along with it. I think it's called the Green Guide. Look for anything with the Popplewell Inquiry.
