Hi All, can anyone help with a basic Accident Investigation Training programme, our insurance company are asking for this to be provided to depot managers as well as other safety related things.

Hi,
you can always invest in HSG 245 Investigating accidents, published by HSE and available from them, or The Stationery Office, or Waterstones bookshop (Price £9.50).

I have no connection with the publishers or sellers, but can highly recommend it.
