Hello Mike,
I may be too late here.
How about playing Lingo bingo.

Firstly you need a list of 12 terms /words /phrases to be remembered from the talk (Ppt.?)

You, as Bingo caller, need the answers / definitions to the 12 on the list. cut up and place in a bag.

Give participants an A4 sheet of paper ask them to fold it lenght ways into a fan. Turn paper around fold again same way. Hey presto you now have nine squares.

Ask participants to choose nine terms / phrases from the list and fill in the squares.

Start the game.Read out the definition you have pulled out of the bag at random. Participants to cross off their squares until a single line is called. Bingo caller to read out the answers to the list when it is called. Then go on for the 'full house'

In my experience this becomes quite competitive, is a bit of fun and you can recap what people have learnt from the day and only takes about 10 - 15 mins.

PS.
People subconsciously choose the words from the list they know the answers too!
