Alternatively the library of the local Technical College should be able to help - especially if you are a NEBOSH student there.
The third option is to network, but to do this you will have to tell us the standard you need and be aware of Acceptable Use Guideline 2 and other copyright restrictions that may exist on the publication.

Formerly, I could access British Standards through my local library but had to use one of their terminals to do it. They have changed the system and I can now do it from my desk; brilliant. There are still copyright restrictions, of course, but I can make as many notes as I require.
