A couiple of years ago at this time of year I got a flyer in the post advertising a simple pocket diary with loads of Health and Safety information packaged in amongst the week to a view diary - hazard spotting pages - cartoon sections - H and S information.

They were a basic item but ideal for the safety reps to keep plan of what they were doing - dates of meetings etc etc - cost about a quid so dar as I can remember may have been a bit more.

I'm looking to get some 2008 ones but can not find any leads on Google and needless to say have lost the original material

I feel sure that there must have been others out there that have bought and been delighted with these simple products. Can somebody give me a lead to find the supplier again.

If a source can be found I woul;d strongly recommend to other safety folk

many thanks

martin

I had one sent to me as a freebie a couple of years ago. I'm sure I kept it somewhere (hoarder syndrome) I'll see if I can dig it out.

Sounds like something I would like to drop on a few people's desk too - can you post details here please? (it can't fall into the AUG trap can it?)

Thanks

I think that the diary you are looking for is the A.G.E. Health and Safety through image.
The UK agents for this have changed last year and there were some issues with them being available this year. It is a pocket sized diary with health and safety reminders and spot the hazards.
I have now received my ordered copies for all of my staff.
they can be obtained in the UK from Mike Emery at emerydesign.co.uk , Mickleover, Derby.

please note they also do a desk diary.
we have given all of our staff a copy of the pocket diary every year and it is well received.
It took some searching to find the new suppliers but they are now established and teething problems are all sorted.
i hope that this does not fall foul of the mods.
I have no connection with Emerydesign other than the supply of diaries.

From the manufacturer's web site, relating to the A4 desk diary:

>Appointments from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm

Now I know why we get paid so much :-)

Stephen.
