Hello All,
recently I attended a safety conference, during this conference we were shown a short video where a Scottish Gentleman told a very emotional (theoretical) story of how he once visited an off shore platform and was killed when the down draft of a helicopter sent a box flying and hit him on the head. this video was filmed in front of an audience in Australia I think.
I did not manage to catch the mans name or if the clip had a title, if this sounds familiar to anyone or if anyone knows where I could purchase a copy I would appreciate it.

Many thanks in advance,

MPH
