Do these have any financial benefits ie reduction in insurance etc?

Hi D smith, in the current soft insurance market I doubt that anything like that is likely to be much of a discriminator. However when the cycle progresses and insurers are taking a much more critical look at what business they are doing then anything that demonstrates that you have good H&S systems in place will set you apart from the others. If you can show that your systems actually work well, better still!

Can you relate any award to actual £ and p savings? No. Good systems and no incidents = lower premiums; poor systems and claims = rising premiums.
