Hi Keith,

If you go into the IOSH International Specialist Group site (on the left of this page) and go to "Links" you will find some Finnish legislation.

There's a section on the HSE website that deals with comparisons between UK and international H&S law. It contains a paper entitled "International Comparison of Health and Safety Responsibilities of Company Directors"
