Hi everyone & happy new year!

We run a multi site operation and as such, many of the health and safety responsibilities are delegated to the depot manager at each site.

After many requests I have been asked to put a simple checklist together detailing what they need to do daily, weekly, monthly etc. etc. in terms of safety.

For example, check fire alarm weekly, safety meeting quarterly, fire drills 6 monthly, service fire extinguishers annually etc. etc.

Has anyone done one of these before? I have got a checklist specific for our industry but want to check the generic stuff against someone elses to make sure I've not missed anything!

Thanks in anticipation.

Hello Ian

You can view a Premises management Checklist at http://www.web-safety.com/manual/

Select the Documents button on the left hand menu.

Best wishes
