Does anyone have experience of changing CDM co-ordinator / Design supplier early in a contract. Will the F10 need to be re-submitted?

Many thanks

Yes, resubmit as soon as practicable following appointment.

One would anticipate that the new CDM Co-ordinator will do this immediately on appointment - especially if he is competent.

Strictly the client does not have to sign any of these revisions, as long as at least one of the previous notifications has been signed. Once he has signed once aknowledging his understandings in section 13 of the F10 then no further signatures are required from the client.
