I am looking for a good template for both risk assessment and method statement aimed at the construction industry.

Templates should be able to be filled out both electronically or manually and be user friendly, they are also aimed a simple understanding for construction operatives carrying out works.

Has anyone got anything I could view.

I am also after similar for what should be in daily safety brief for construction.
