Posted By Tracey C Good morning and a very happy new year to you all!
I am hoping that somebody could answer my query, it is with regards to the Energy Performance Certificate. I know that the new legislation is being implemented in a phased approach and you need a certificate if you are a landlord and property owner.
But do you need a certificate if you are a landlord but your tenants do not pay for any amenities? Do you need a certificate if you are a landlord and you at present are not selling the building?
Any advice or comments would be gratefully received.
Cheers T
