Hi All
I am self employed health and safety manager and have been asked for a health and safety policy not that I employ more than 5 people it's only me and my wife I know this is lacy of me but has any body got one they could send me to use as an example.


All help appreciated

Have a look at the small businesses section on the HSE website and look at their 'starter pack' and free leaflet 'An Introduction to Health and Safety' (reference INDG259, I think). The leaflet gives you the basis of a policy. Hope this helps.

Adrian do not take this the wrong way mate.

As a H&S manager this is a very basic skill and should take you not very long and legally it is not required so why?
