I have found a great Risk Assessment Tool with just pictogram's and tick boxes on a website but would like to know where it has come from. I need it as I have a lot of people who don't have English as their first language and I feel that this would be very beneficial for them. Any idea's. The website is www.healthandsafety.co.uk
