Posted By Chas Can someone point me in the right direction? I seem to remember a case or industrial tribunal decision that suggested employers should do more than just provide a counselling service and that they should be more proactive when considering stress issues. Does anyone have a link to the details of the case?

Posted By Chris Huckle Hi Chas
I think that the case law that you are referring to for this one relates to Foreseeability, and the case is
Barlow v Borough of Broxbourne [2003] EWHC 50 High Court
Cheers

Posted By stuart gorringe Hi,
The case law I would look at is Sutherland v Hatton & Barber v Somerset County Council, further to this the recent court of appeal ruling in May 2006 against Intel Corp, although I do not know the title of the case.
Regards, Stuart
