Posted By Ian Mitchell Good afternoon.
I am working for the UK arm of an Irish-based construction company who operate a very robust combined QHSE management system. The only shortcoming is that it is primarily geared up for Southern Irish legislation. Rather than having two completely separate QHSE management systems for just a few paragraphs here and there, I would like to put together an insert table something along the lines of 'UK regulation - Eire equivalent - Differences (material or just terminology).
Then I realised that somebody out there has probably already done something similar!! Could I request a look to save reinventing the wheel? I will share any comments etc in return.
Regards, Ian

Posted By Dave Merchant It's been asked before on here a few times, and while there are almost certainly companies who've put such a document together it involves a lot of work, and nobody seems eager to give it away!
(while the legislation sounds like it should be almost identical in reality it's the small grammatical details that often matter most to our profession, and it's those that tend to differ. Also the supporting ACOPs etc. have to be considered, not just the SIs.)
