I wonder if anyone would be willing to share any sample forms for gaining info on contractors experience & suitabilty for working on CDM Projects.
Also to prepare a checklist to use for obtaining & distributing info re health & safety.
This would save me so much time as i would be starting from scratch.
I hope you can make sense of my request.

check out the CHAS /Construction Line sites for pre-qualification questionnaires - these should get you started as you can ask your potential contractor the questions noted therein and then appraise how they got on -
however use common sense; as just because a question may not be answered it does not mean that the subbie is poor - if in doubt get a competent person to help you
