Hi

I'm having to write a H&S policy for our South African Branch. From the information I have been able to locate it appears to run very much in tandem with UK Law.

The Policy is for a very basic office with no more then 30 people. I just want to check that there is nothing major that I may have missed.

I have checked the Department of Labour web site(SA) does anyone know anywhere else I maybe able to find some knowledge.

Thanks

hi Vicky,

Go to "Specialist groups"on the side of the page here, then "International Specialist Groups" then "Links". Click on the name Africa and there is a wealth of SA legislation and other stuff there.

Cheers
Rob
