I need your help again on another matter. Sorry being greedy today!
Does anybody know if a landlord rents out a commercial property, do they have to give the tenant a gas safety certificate CP12 or some other kind of certificate to ensure that it is safe?
Cheers

Posted By M Forbes I worked as a property manager for over 150 properties in my last occupation.
We had all our properties inspected yearly and kept the original certificate for each property on file.
There is no need to issue a copy to tennants unless they request to see it.
