Dear all

Can anyone forward me examples of the following permits which i will tweak to make site specific:

Hot Works
Excavations
Digging
Roof Access
Ladder
Confined spaces

Any others my boss should have done

Sorry to ask but my boss has passed this to me as he was supposed to implement these himself and time has got away from him.

Many thanks for your help.

there is a downloadable form at this link.

http://www.web-safety.co...documentation/permit.doc

It is a copyleft document and can be amended to suit your requirements, but not used for onward distribution except as a free copyleft document.

It is hard to know what your boss should've done without knowing the nature/location of the job ~ helps to avoid a scattergun approach ~ perhaps you could provide a little more detail.
Also, if you are the one tweaking these for site, should you not know which ones you need?
