I am running an in house health and safety course at a basic standard, but I am having difficulty getting additional tools to enhance the stress part of the syllabus.
Is anyone aware of any good Occupational Stress videos/resources out there? I need to add some realism and depth to a condition that is often viewed with scepticism by the lay person.
Thanks.

That seem to be a resounding no!

My library includes a video on stress published by Longmans. The narrative includes commentary by occupational/clinical psychologist Michael Reddy; a physiological explanation of stress processes; and an illustrated analysis of five cultural dimensions of organisational life that are predictors of stress.
A well-informed account that can enable all but the very biased to take account of realities of harmful stress, by contrast with natural healthy stress.
