Posted By Sir Dobbin Does anybody know if you can view the court list for trials about to be heard in the magistrates court via the web? If so how do I access the list? Thank you Dobbin

Posted By CFT http://www.hmcourts-serv....gov.uk/HMCSCourtFinder/ Enter the location of the court you have an interest in then click on hearings, then click on sub headings, it may give you what you need. CFT

Posted By Richard Altoft magistrates courts generally list at very short notice although trials once set will be known about some time in advance although even then they change at short notice I do not know of an easy access to listing although you could attend the court and with some exceptions sit in the court. Best to ask at the reception desk or see an usher at the court Believe me even the magistrates often do not know what is on the list until they sit down and open the court for that session. Those who will know will be those involved such as witnesses and defendants or their legal support
