Hi everyone
Can someone please let me know if work related stress is reportable to the HSE under riddor.
I have been on the HSE website and can't clarify if this is the case.
Cheers

It depends on the gravity of the stress and antecedent to the stress as well as the consequence.
Stress arising from a traumatic incident, which obliges the employee to have medical treatment and consult a counsellor as well as take a week off is reportable.
The employee may also consult a solicitor to claim personal injury damages; so, it's usually a good idea to reinforce her as positively as possible even when questions arise about her own contribution to the occurrence of the traumatic incident.
All of which indicates how there are a range of classes of 'stress and imprecise the concept of 'stress' is by comparison with the actual phenomenon.

No it is not, stress is nor an injury nor a reportable disease.
Not reportable.

Kieran,
Am I missing something here? I don't see anything in Linzi's post to suggest that the IP is a "her".
