Does anyone have some words to put into contracts of employment to cover the safety behaviour of employees?

You can put a requirement to comply with the relevant H&S legislation with specific requirement to work to and comply with safe systems of work created within the company. The rest is required by law and putting anything to the contrary is not valid but could put the company in a difficult position if such a requirement was put in a contract of employment.
Usually a brief statement of the need to follow H&S requirements will do as a contract of employment is more about the terms of employment than H&S

Thanks Bob,
That's seems like good advice. I'll keep it simple.
