Posted By RP Try the Education Act. The level at uni' should reflect the workplace and take into account the tasks being undertaken and the level of risk associated with it along with the ability of the student. Undergoing training you would apply the same principles until satisfied the student has demonstated the abilty to work with indirect supervision. This I do teaching on adult education in a workshop environent.
