Posted By Stewart Campbell I am looking for book recommendations. Has anyone read or know of a book that employs Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) to an organisation in order to facilitate a positive cultural change? Ie improving communication, re-positioning company morals and motivators etc

Posted By Kieran J Duignan Stewart I have several books 'that employ Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) to an organisation in order to facilitate behavioural change and positive emotions. The extent to which it could enable 'a positive cultural change? Ie improving communication, re-positioning company morals and motivators etc' depends on how much time, energy and other resources that you are able and willing to invest in the process. (Do you really mean 'morals' or did you intend to write 'morale'?) As far as I know, there is no research evidence that indicates applications of NLP to improving a safety culture. By contrast, Aubrey Daniels, E Scott Geller, Tom Krause and Dominic Cooper, (CFIOSH) have published very readable guides to applying social (or cognitive) behavioural psychology to improving safety culture. If you'd find it helpful to discuss your options, you're welcome to phone me on 020 8654 0808 during office hours
