Posted By The toecap What should be displayed on an anchor point for a harness? I think i recall an inspection at least every 12 months and the loading. I am working in wind turbine erection. We are also looking into what signage to display. The problem being that if there is too much signage it will be information overload. Any help appreciated

Posted By Dave Merchant It's not as simple as that - anchorages in turbines are a complex area and currently not a topic operators and manufacturers are happy to talk about in public. EN795 doesn't figure except for a few optional types of eyebolt. BS7883 is even more optional than that, and doesn't apply at manufacture stage as turbines aren't made in the UK.
