Posted By michael smith Hi, I'm looking at doing the OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditors course and paying it myself. I'm based in the Highlands in Scotland and wondered if anyone has any recommendations on who to do it with and where etc. Any opinions would be very much appreciated, many thanks.

Posted By Tony abc jprhdnMurphy Why do the course? Anybody can audit,it is totally different from an inspection. Competency levels for auditors can be attained through experience and the auditors I deal with often have no formal training.
