Posted By Tolulope Jack Does anyone have a protocol for managing shift work? I will prefer one that is compliant with the HSE's Managing Shift Work:HSG256. Should there be other concepts,I will be willing to peruse them too.

Posted By Kieran J Duignan Hello Jack I believe that the physiological concept relevant to safe management of shift working is 'circadian rhythms'. Taylor & Francis have published an analytical guide to protocols for manging it, written by Simon Folkard and Tim Monk
