Posted By Gerry Marchant Hang on a minute is this strictly legal?? The card is not a legal requirement therefore by imposing a 'fine' to a person is surely going to cause problems

Posted By peter gotch Up to the contractor to contract with the brickies as to rates of pay, so yes it's legal. P
