Posted By D Could a forum reader please clarify Article 16 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Is there a limit on the quantity of either substances or gases held on site for completing Appendix B fire hazard notification. I wonder if any forum readers have completed a form and received any feedback. D

Posted By Adrian Watson Art 16 (4) give you your answer. It states: "(4) Paragraphs (1) to (3) do not apply where— (a)the results of the risk assessment show that, because of the quantity of each dangerous substance in or on the premises, there is only a slight risk to relevant persons; and (b)the measures taken by the responsible person to comply with his duty under article 12 are sufficient to control that risk."
