I have been asked to produce a green policy and to kick the company into shape with regards to waste management and recycling our rubbish. Having pretty much no clue about this i could do with all i help i can get! I have started with the recycling but i need to get some thing down in writing. Any one got any pointers?? I know it has to contain facts and stats which i can obtain i just need some info.
Many thanks

If the green side is going to be a significant part of your work & time & money permits, think about one of the courses for AIEMA.
IEMA are one of the main enviromental institues, & looking at the discussion forum over the last couple of years, maybee IOSH & IEMA ought to work closely together since many practitioners are HS & E. I see requests for Enviromental answers on IOSH & H&S requests through IEMA.
