Hello,
I have recently launched a campaign within my Company to control the exposure of vibration to employees using air impact tooling. Having gathered data on contact with vibration timings and m/s2 data for the tooling we use I need to record the findings. Is there a standard form available in which to complete in order to 'fill the boxes' (so to speak) in order to meet the 'suitable and sufficient' assessment? a recommended or example form is not available within the Control of Vibration at work Regulations. Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your response Paul,
I have seen the calculator and this was the tool I intend to use to work out the required calculation, Is a print off of the completed screen adequate or is a further risk assessment form required to record findings?

You could attach the HAVs Calculator results to your existing "Management Regs" Risk Assessment pro-forma.
