Posted By Ian Mitchell Morning, I have just preparing a template SWMP for our sites. I have searched the forums to no avail. I wanted to know whether the legal requirement for SWMP's on sites over 300k will be applied retrospectively (i.e. to sites already in progress) in April or whether it will just apply to sites commencing after then (a la CDM 2007 for example)

Posted By Heather Collins The Regs are on the OPSI site: "Transitional provisions 17. These Regulations do not apply in relation to a project planned before the coming into force of these Regulations but where the construction work begins before 1st July 2008."
