Rank: Guest		Posted By Joe Quinn We have a tractor that has been fitted with side arms to accommodate a range of attachments including a bucket. I know that LOLER excludes a three point linkage from the definition of lifting equipment but cannot seem to find anything black-and-white about the side arms. Can anyone help with this? Rank: Guest		Posted By Ali As far as I know buckets, grabs etc are considered "interchangeable equipment" including their attachments and are therefore lifting equipment under Reg 9. Also, Loler is related to risk and the risk would be high in this instance if there was a failure.
