Posted By Stuart Gents, If anyone could advise me on the following subject would be much appreciated. We are working on a project in Norway and the LA have issued us with our working hours (48hrs per week over 8 weeks max)! If we were to exceed these hours would it be the individual or the company who would face legal action from the LA? i.e. fines and so on. Many thanks beforehand Stu

Posted By Anthony Edwards Stu, I think I'm correct in saying that you can opt out of the working time regs in UK you'll will have to ask the LA if this is the case in Norway. You will want to work longer hours as the price of a beer over there can vary between £6 and £8.:( Nutty
