I have a list of items I believe should be in the arrangements but I wanted to seek other views or suggestions? i.e. Risk assessments, method statements, alternative fire evacuation plans, noise, dust, asbestos, general and hazardous waste removal, WAH etc.

I believe the key intention of CDM is a focus on method and sequence, ensuring ACM Type 3 and soft strip, and a proper and competent consideration of the design and construction of the structure when devising the best and safest way to bring it, considering issues of temporary instability etc. In other words Regulation 29 is a focus on your Method Statement. Other issues of CDM (welfare, competency, noise, dust etc.) are discussed elsewhere in the Regulations. Regulation 29 is the "alternative" to old CDM requirements which made all demolition Notifiable.
