Reporting of Injuries for employees when the proffesion is rugby / football

Posted By craig davies All, If an employee is paid to play sport such as rugby or football and they are injured and the injury is over 3-days should the incident be reportable, as i my opinion it is an occupational hazard sort of accepted by the individual? Please help as it is affecting my stats and it is difficult to prevent as you can imagine.... Regards,
