I wonder if anyone can help me......

I attended a recent IOSH event where we were told that the DVD 'No Going Back' (part of IOSH Managing Safely pack) was based on a true story.

I have contacted the IOSH training department to ask if they have any further information / background info on the case but nobodey seems to know!

Does anyone know if this IS a true story and if so have you any information about the details of the case?

Chrissie i use it to deliver the IOSH course not sure if it is based on a real story but it is made by Gower Publishing Ltd you may be able to get some info from them sorry i couldnt be much more of a help
