Posted By Homer We have some potential construction general operative interviews next week with predominantly Polish nationals, as yet we are not 100% sure what there command of English is. We don't want to exclude them from any opportunities based on our lack of communication. Is there anything that we can give them at interview re requirements on health and safety and what the law requires? If anyone has been in this position before I would appreciate some words of wisdom on the interview.
